Cookie Art Market Commercial Use License
By purchasing or downloading a design with commercial rights from Cookie Art Market, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the file for physical product creation under the following terms:
Permitted Uses:
- You may use the STL file or 3D printed version of the design to create physical items (e.g., cookies, cookie cutters, decorations, etc.) for personal or commercial purposes.
- You may sell physical products made using the file (e.g., cookies or 3D printed cutters), as Cookie Art Market does not sell physical goods and there is no competition concern.
Prohibited Uses:
- You may not resell, redistribute, share, gift, or upload the original digital file, whether modified or unmodified.
- You may not include the digital file in any digital collection, marketplace listing, or product bundle.
- You may modify the file for your own use, but modified versions may not be resold, redistributed, or shared in any form.
- You may not use our files or derivatives to create digital designs, derivative works, or templates intended for sale or distribution as digital goods.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Cookie Art Market. Unauthorized sharing or resale of files is a violation of this license and may result in legal action.
