Low-Profile Sharp Cutting Edge

CAM’s cookie cutter designs have a ~0.4mm cutting edge when printed with a 0.4mm 3D printer nozzle. However, we took it a bit further by designing the cutting edge to be low profile to strengthen the edge for long-term durability.

Easy-on-the-hands beveled handle

Each beveled handle is designed with both comfort of the user and 3D printing in mind. Thick enough handle to stick to your printer bed but rounded for repeated cookie cutting needs.

Reinforced tapered cutter wall

No more bending or flex with long straight cutting edges as CAM cookie cutter designs have a thick tapered wall from the handle to the sharp cutting edge of the cutter.

Optimized design for improved durability

Forget sidewalls splitting and wall layer detachment. Each layer of CAM cookie cutter walls are designed to reinforce the print walls. Utilizing the tapered wall design, each new print layer is printed so that it overlaps any seems of the previous wall.

All optimized and durability are made under the assumption that the designs are printed with no alterations and under ideal conditions including, but not inclusive of, dry high quality PLA filament, 0.4mm print nozzle, optimized printer setup, print temperatures, and 0.2mm layers.
