Welcome to Cookie Art Market! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and digital products. By accessing our site, creating an account, or purchasing/download any file or membership, you agree to abide by these Terms in full.

1. Business Information

Cookie Art Market LLC is a limited liability company registered in Tooele County, Utah, United States.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to create an account or become a member. Age verification is required to access any adult-themed content. If we determine an account has been created with false information, it may be suspended or terminated.

3. Accounts and Access

  • An account is required to access and download files from Cookie Art Market, except for select newsletter-only freebies.
  • Subscribers to our newsletter may access limited free downloads using a valid email address.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account login credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Digital Product Licensing

All designs, STL files, and related digital assets remain the sole intellectual property of Cookie Art Market LLC.

Commercial Use License:

Must be purchased either through the correct membership level, or with individual product purchase. Upon purchase, You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased files as follows:

Permitted:

  • Use STL files or printed cutters to produce and sell physical products (e.g., cookies or 3D printed cutters).
  • Modify files for personal or commercial physical product creation.

Prohibited:

  • Reselling, sharing, gifting, uploading, or redistributing the original or modified digital files.
  • Selling derivative or modified digital versions of the files.
  • Using our files in digital product bundles, marketplaces, or print-on-demand platforms.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once a purchase or download has occurred.

6. Memberships and Subscriptions

Cookie Art Market offers optional paid memberships with recurring billing based on your selected plan (monthly or annual).
By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Your membership will auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle.
  • If purchased during a time-limited promotion, your discounted rate will remain in effect for the agreed promo duration. Afterward, renewals will occur at the standard rate unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time, but please allow up to three (3) business days for processing.
  • Access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.

7. Pricing, Taxes, and Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
  • Sales tax (if applicable) is included in your listed membership price.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content, including but not limited to logos, text, digital downloads, images, and product files, are the property of Cookie Art Market LLC and are protected under U.S. and international copyright law.

Unauthorized use, duplication, or redistribution of any content may result in legal action.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Modifications

Cookie Art Market reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page and, where appropriate, communicated via email or website notifications. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
